In 2005, Austin’s DJ NickNack produced a live turntable score for Fritz Lang’s legendary 1927 silent film, Metropolis. In conjuction with the Alamo Drafhouse, NickNack performed the live score several times. A video recording of one of th performances is viewable below and Nick recently made the recording available as a free download and you can also stream it on his newly revamped  CrowdControlRecords.com.
