The Rootdown Experiences – Beatlemania (Sans Beatles)

The people over at Root Down put together a mix of Beatles Covers, which includes tracks from Nina Simone, Al Green, Stevie Wonder and Sergio Mendes. Billed as “an infinitely ill collection of funk, reggae, jazz, blues and otherwise undefinable covers of Beatle favorites”, the entire mix clocks in right over 2 hours. They do point out that there is nothing from I Am Sam or Across The Universe on this mix. Check out the tracklist after the jump.
